KINDS OF TRACE
The trace of the mixture, in other words, the dosage of the mixture of soil-cement (or industrial waste and construction) must be done carefully, making testing of various traits and scientific analysis to determine the strength of block or brick Ecological and infiltration of water, that is within the norm of the Brazilian Association of Technical Standards - ABNT or above the established by it, if desired.
To achieve higher rates than those required by the ABNT standard in land use in the production of ecological bricks and blocks, just only add more cement in order to obtain results in much higher resistance. If felt necessary, you can also perform soil analysis laboratory to assist in their initial work.
All types of soils can be used (unless organic), but for those which have a harder composition (clay, silt, etc.) then you can adjust them by adding other components, or other type of sandy soil, like sand or construction waste and industrial they have in their formulation particles similar to sand (fine, medium and coarse). The ideal soil is one that has in its composition a variation of about 90% sand and 10% clay.

THE IDEAL TRACE
For the manufacture of bricks that it will give the average compressive strength equal to 2.0 MPa (20 kg/cm2) resistance, so that none of the individual is below 1.7 MPa (17 Kgf / cm2) resistance, the minimum age of seven days. The absorption of water should not exceed 20% of infiltration, or submit individual values greater than 22% of infiltration. These values will be found when laboratory tests done at universities, independent laboratories and among others, that is, the nearest location where you are producing.
Several mixtures with different amounts of cement, water and soil can be made, or adding sand to get a trait that meets the requirements of ABNT. To check the Trace Ideal at least shape, twenty soil-cement bricks in the very hydraulic, four will be used for the purposes of the compressive and two are for testing the determination of water absorption and the rest is left serves to leave as evidence if necessary.

It is hard to get and exact definition for Ideal Trace
We do not sell dreams, but, reality - thought of Eco Machines. There are companies and people who have the courage to give dashes without knowing what type of soil that will be used and also presents report of resistance. That and easy, but the reality is different.
As noted earlier (in items Types of Soil and Water Addition) we can see that we have different types of soil for each soil and an adequate amount of added water and the dash (mixture) must also take some precautions. For when the soil is more clay will probably add more cement, while for the sandy soil is to add less than normal cement. But it depends on each case, there is a rule.
The more clayey soils contain very fine particles and cement is also composed of fine particles, thus we have two similar elements, but each has a totally different reactions. Although they are similar particles, so that the cement in this situation make the connection between the particles becomes more difficult, so we must be careful with the clay soil, probably, as already mentioned, you can spend more cement. To improve the cement consumption we should observe the excellent press, and if necessary add mixtures, we have obtained excellent results with excellent cost benefit to our Eco Machine Hydraulic Machinery.
But with the more sandy soils (mixed) results are easier, as seen with the item Soil Types is important to say that mixed soil composed of particles round and / or smooth are much more susceptible to compaction than those with sharp-edged particles live or angular. Clearly then, why the preference for soil mixed with more amount of sand, because the cement will react more easily joining the particles and gaining more strength with less consumption of cement. It is worth remembering that our Eco Machine Hydraulic Machines are made to produce ecological bricks and blocks with ease also in this type of soil.

TRACE

This name is given to a type of mixture, in other words, what proportion we will use and we will have a very satisfactory result. The line always consists of amounts or proportions that we will use the soil-cement and the amount of soil + cement + water. Can serve as an example measures or quantities as bucket, can or even the weighing system.

Then we can define trace as follows: 12 buckets of soil to 01 bucket of cement and water as needed for optimal compression. But we must remember that the great feature is that it reaches the standards of the Brazilian Association of Technical Standards-ABNT, or higher than required by it.

We have achieved excellent results with various types of stroke such as: there are areas where it is often difficult to find most appropriate soil and using the trace of 10 solo x 1 part cement, but also we have obtained results with traces of the 16 solo x 1 part cement, the soil 15 x 1 part cement and so on.

But the most used is the piece of land 12 x 1 part cement in most of the places visited. Traces of 16 x 1 index of soil are high and quality control must be rigorous and not to get mixed results in the same manufacturing, the same must happen with other traits and homogeneous mixtures.
