- Production: Up to 3,000 bricks a day (8hours) without interruption of the equipment, one unit per operation.

 
- Hydraulic loading (CH): Allows agility in the loader, which is moved by a hydraulic piston giving precision cycle loading compost to be pressed in the mold. Slides on the lower steel track guides and upper nylon, this material is self-lubricating, with low coefficient of friction, allowing light and silent mechanical movements, and increasing the useful life.

- Operation system manufacturing bricks: It was made to use only one operator that will perform the hydraulic loading, the hydraulic press and the brick removal in successive and constant operations, increasing the machine’s production.

- Compression: (Nominal Hydraulic Power): Up to 6 tons.

- Bricks measurements: 25 cm length, 12.5 cm width and up to 7.5 cm height

NOTE: The height of the brick is the only variable size. It is subject to the characteristics of the soil and its moisture content. When the soil is more clayey or with high moisture, directly influences the brick’s height that can be reduced, indicating an excellent compression. However, to always keep the standard height, the operator will perform a simple adjustment to the machine, making the brick’s height millimeter.

- Quantity of bricks per square meter: 53 bricks – 25 X 12.5 X 7.5 height 57 bricks – 25 X 12.5 X 7 height 64 bricks – 25 X 12.5 X 6.25 height

- Bricks’ models: The top matrix models, bottom and die cast box to brick modular plug finished apparent on both sides, escort the standard machine equipment. Due to the equipments’ versatility we have optional kits of model matrix, according to the following model lines:

Line f bricks that fit on all four sides: This line has the same models of the lines modular and rail, but we emphasize that for these modes it is necessary to change the model matrix in the model box.

Several lines: The equipment fits to new models of bricks and floors, not needing to change it. Consult our Technical Department to check this viability.

Floor line: Rectangular pattern, in many options of heights, with many figures in relief on the apparent surface. It may be round, smooth, beaded, or with designs that were approved by our Technical and Engineering Departments. The floor line requires the change of the model matrix in the model box. - Model Matrix: Made of nodular cast iron, which is known for its ductility, with the advantage of its high elasticity model and mechanic resistance, in combination with the resistance to corrosion and abrasion, it easily slips. They are produced with millimeter precision, interchangeable and with a fast change.

 
- Model Box: The most versatile in the market, since it allows different brick models in only one equipment. Its interior receives thermal treatment and is rectified. The assembly is made using the highest technical and quality control using dial gauge and square of light, ensuring the dimensions of the project. Mold box is composed by interchangeable shaping arrays allowing flexibility of forms and blocks.(Have your questions answered on the link “bricks”)

- Columns: Split, hard chrome plated, this procedure is known for extending the durability of the columns which are subject to wear due to abrasion. It is also used in the area where the solids are repelled, that is the case of where we use cement and soil.

- Mobile bearing: It has an excellent slide, with an automatic system of cleaning and lubrication of the columns; it avoids the fixing of the abrasive material, giving it more useful life.

- Pump: It works with hydraulic oil, with the latest technology. It is light, compact and silent, and it concentrates a large power in a small size, perfectly aligned and attached to the engine.

- Hydraulic Command: From double lever, scaled to meet the requirements of the machine, consists of a reservoir for hydraulic oil with a nominal capacity of 20 liters (18 liters for operation), with level gauge and temperature gauge, oil cover with 2 "for the supply of sigh and drain.

- Cooling: it is composed by a radiator which was especially designed, with air deflector and a fan attached to it (the fan’s duty is to blow the air that the radiator releases). This forced ventilation system is strategically installed.

- Hydraulic hoses: High pressure, metal crimp connections legislated, safe, watertight and resistant.

- Engine: 5 HP(3,68 kwatt) three-phased, 220 volts, 60 Hz, 1750 RPM, 4-pole TEFC(Totally Enclosed Fan with External). For other voltages or parameters, please consult us in advance.

- Table of command: The push button on-off, consistent with the power and the engine voltage and temperature control of heated matrix. (MA)

- Sensor of Electric Course: Security system interlocking circuits of the contractor to automatically disarm the electric engine if the box loader-press and cylinder are actuated simultaneously or are out of position, protecting the moving parts of the machine.

- Maintenance: Technicians cares are needed to operate regular and ongoing demand daily excellent daily cleaning machine, preventing dust and debris of soil and cement embedded in its structure. The lubrication points are only four and one level of the oil temperature indicator, which should be observed and maintained during daily operation.

- Leveling: Leveling the machine provides a great stability, not needing the special base in concrete, since its robust structure is fully connected to the columns master.

- Deposit Box (Silo): It contains sufficient volume for the manufacture of up to 75 bricks with 7,5 height, its sides are tapered and have as main characteristic providing an efficient and fast sliding compound (soil + cement) which is deposited there, and by gravity fill the Loader Box.

- Bottom cover: Strategically installed by metal shields that aim to collect and reuse the soil that may come to fall out.

- Enhanced design: Made in profiles and special steel plates (treated or untreated), designed and sizes for each function required, consisting of a base giving enhanced robustness to the structure by fully integrating it to the master columns.

- Fixing system: Composed of galvanized bolts and self locking nuts.

- Security sign: All moving parts receive reflective stickers with the necessary safety instructions.

- System of welding: High penetration and resistance MIG, operated by qualified and experienced professionals.

 - Pintura Padrão Eco Máquinas: sistema desengraxante, e pintura no aço eletrostática na cor vermelha e cinza. - Dimensions of the equipment to work: Width 0.98 m, length 1.49 m, height 1.97 m.

- Dimensions of the equipment packed for shipment: Width 1.05 m, length 0.95 m, height 1.85 m, volume 1,875 cubic meters.

- Optional: Manual transport kit: It facilitates the movement of equipment in the factory yard or construction site. Consisting of 3 (three) sets interchangeable , 2 (two) sets of shaft end complete with alloy wheels of tires, set laterally to the chassis and 1 (one) all set in the rear of the chassis with handlers for the hands, lifting the machine, transporting and placing it in a more convenient way.
